Great Service And Great Food And An Awesome Chocolate Shakes
Horrible customer service. Refusing people at the walk up window at 8:15 PM. Great way to lose a regular customer. They answered the window,gave the guy in front me his order then refused to take my order unless I went through the drive thru. I don’t want to use the drive thru. I’m done with horrible service, barely edible burgers at times and and ice cream machine that is down more than it is operating.

Rally's offers two convenient drive-through lanes, one on each side of the building, for a quick meal. The food is good, with incredible fries. While the atmosphere is lacking, the kid-friendly menu, including the chicken box, is a highlight. One customer experienced an issue with an online order, but Janice was an absolute angel and made everything for them. She was also praised for being amazing and understanding when a customer chose the wrong pickup location.
