After our first visit, I know it definitely won’t be our last! Amazing food, friendly service and a classy modern atmosphere. All the fresh and fancy pasta, but quick and without cutting any corners. The salad and breadsticks were amazing. So many customizable options for pretty much any taste. Can’t recommend them more!

As a first-time visitor from Orlando, FL, I was impressed with Sauci Pasta! The hype about their daily fresh-made pasta and sauces is legit.
I ordered the Combo Meal, which was a salad, pasta, and a fountain drink. The Caesar salad was simple, the dressing had a great, tangy bite. I went with the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, but upgraded to the gluten free pasta. The pasta had that wonderful al dente chew you only get from fresh pasta, and the meatballs were incredibly tender and well-seasoned. The portions were also very generous, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, fresh Italian.

My wife and I dined tonight at Sauci Pasta, and we enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. The bright, cheerful atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was friendly, respectful, and fast. The food itself was terrific. I’m of Italian heritage, and I’m certain my Umbrian grandmother would have applauded. The fresh pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauces nicely spiced. I had a simple spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs, my wife had the chicken alfredo, we had ‘mini’ bowls that were ample for a meal. My wife enjoyed her side Caesar and I loved my side classic salad. All in all, highly recommended!
