Very inviting atmosphere and a unique take on quick service Italian food. Clean lines and merch! The service was impeccable from ordering to table delivery. I could tell by taste that the ingredients are fresh - also by looking into the open galley kitchen. We had carbonara with chicken and one with shrimp. We enjoyed the experience.

This is a wonderful option for delicious Italian food, fast. It's fun to be able to watch the pasta being hand-made as I wait in line, and I love that there are options for either going with one of their signature dishes or creating my own Italian meal. The service was fast and friendly, the dining room was clean and had a fun layout, and I appreciated being able to choose to dine in or take it to go. This was a great choice for a quick meal for the family before my son's concert.

The very best pasta I have eaten in 50 years! Fought my initial inspiration to buy a second bowl of pasta right after I finished my first! The Pesto Blanco was fantastic! Make your own bowl for even a greater flavor experience. Great and very fair prices for a very good meal. Atmosphere is a little loud, busy and tight on space.

Rustic salad was good until I found a hair in it when I was nearly finished. (I chose not to include that picture). Besides the hair, I enjoyed the fresh, crisp lettuce, pepitas, and dried currants it had. (I omitted the cheese and pesto dressing).

I had to put my socks back on, after eating. They totally blew my socks off. I was impressed by the food, customer service and the ambience.
Beware, the portions are enormous. I enjoyed a Caesar salad and the dressing is house made, and it is one of the better dressings that I have ever had. I also had a side of meatballs there were six good sized meatballs in a rich red sauce. That alone could have been a meal.
Then for my entrée, I enjoyed, Deconstructed Lasagna. It was made with Mafalda Pasta, Mushrooms, Shredded Mozzarella, Provel, Whipped Salted Ricotta and Meat Sauce. I took half of it home for another meal.
Service was friendly, attentive and professional. I like the ambience, it was contemporary, minimalist and clean.
I live in Illinois, but I would make the drive back to Saint Charles to eat here again.

This was my first time eating here, me and my girlfriend got dinner for take out last night. Let me tell you amazing food everything was really good, fresh homemade pasta is awesome! Always love supporting a family business! Also the food is amazing reheated I had it for lunch today! 10/10 recommend I will be telling my friends and family to eat here!

We were here on Valentine’s Day for dinner. The food was delicious, but even more impressive was the service. The place was packed but everyone working had a smile on their face and was so pleasant and friendly while working hard. Thank you for en enjoyable meal. We will be back!
