Would never buy anything from this location!! Horrible service and they will lie to you! My husband ordered a smoothie for me when we stopped by this area to grab some supplies on our way through town. He accidently placed it for this location when he meant to place it at one we saw that we had just passed. But we aren't from here and don't know the area, honest mistake. So we go back to the store we thought we had the order for, the one we passed and go through drive thru and she says she doesn't see the order but can make it real quick. We show her she says it's a different store so we call the store and ask to cancel at 11:50 order was placed at 11:40. I explained we don't live here or know where that store is and accidently placed an order for the wrong location that we are sitting at a different one and asked if he could cancel. The guy said yes, no problem it wasnt even done but that the refund would take a few days. I said I understand, no big deal, and I'm sorry. So the smoothie king we were sitting at said she could make it real quick so we could get back on the road. Great....we get back on the road and almost an hr away, and we get a call. Sorry, we can't refund that it's our policy. OK well if it was your policy why did I get told an hr ago it was fine bc if he had said no i cant cancel it or if he had said its already made i could have tried to find it and picked up my smoothie but no he didnt do that. I said then your person should have never told me they would refund to which Matthew repeatedly told me oh well it's our policy. It wasn't even made and I was told it was canceled...on top of that he ruined my big day with this mess and knows we aren't from there and literally can't pick up a smoothie and still proceeded to say he was charging us anyway. When I said I'll file a dispute with my bank he said good luck with that. Rude, unprofessional, liars...and I see now why you need my money so bad bc you obviously aren't making enough that you have to steal from people. Good luck with that....bc you chose the wrong person bc I like to make points when ppl mistreat and lie to others! I really hope that attitude made you feel big for the moment Matthew bc you just cost your boss....you don't get to lie and steal and treat others rudely and expect them to put up with it. The customer is not always right...that i know but when they make an honest mistake and try to fix it and are told it's fine then you call them an hr later when they are in a whole other state and get an attitude and tell them you are keeping their money....it's only 10 bucks..no skin off my back but ooh I was raised on principles so even if it was .50 I'd show you why you don't treat ppl that way and expect to stay in business. Especially not in this day and age when social media can make or break a business.

I've never had a bad experience at this SK. The vegan pineapple spinach is my go-to. This location makes it best. I've had it at others and could taste a powdery taste. Not that it was bad, just a bit under blended, I think. The ladies and gents who work at this location are ALWAYS nice, and there is never a time that I wasn't greeted with a smile. I will always frequent a business with friendly staff as much as I will never enter one again, if the staff is not welcoming. I've been in Healthcare for 31 years, so I know how trying customer facing jobs can be. Humans forget how to human at times. The staff at this SK doesn't have that issue, and it is greatly appreciated.

Just wasted $20—my girlfriend treated me, and it feels like Smoothie King took us both for fools. The smoothie I got tasted exactly like a bitter green banana peel blended with ice water. Strawberries? Nowhere to be found. I warned her about these high school employees here—they’re clueless with a blender and apparently allergic to adding actual fruit. It was like someone just whispered ‘strawberry’ at the blender and called it a day.

This isn't even a one-off disaster; it's my second go at this St. Charles location, and somehow, they managed to leave me with an even worse taste in my mouth this time. It's like they’re competing for lowest quality in the St. Louis area, and they’re winning. If you’re craving disappointment, this is your spot. For everyone else: save your money, your taste buds, and make your own smoothie at home.

Great location. Very large interior with several couches and chairs to sit and relax. Nice parking lot easy to get in and out of. Very clean store and quick service.

This location has a good amount of seating. Sofa chairs and couches, which are nice for relaxing while having your smoothie versus taking it to the car. Good service and generally fast.

i tried placing a delivery order for today and it took me all the way to the part where i add my debit card to pay and it stated that the payment was accepted, but they couldnt process the order. come to find out, the online ordering is down. now i gotta wait 3- 5 business days to get my refund, when this could have been avoided if yall put that the online ordering was not working.

I normally frequent this Smoothie king every Friday. 5/10 was no different except for a new worker I’m assuming. I ordered the Bee Berry sting bowl with no granola. This worker gave the car in front of me my bowl and when it was my turn tried to give me the bowl with granola. It had to be remade, rushed, half a scoop of strawberries. Did not ask me if i wanted my receipt and when i asked for it he said he couldn’t print it. Very little care. I don’t know if I’ll be coming here as much anymore.

Unfortunately, I cannot say much about the smoothies due to rather mysterious reaction I get with fruit, but I can speak of the other things! While you wait inside the “smoothie bar”, they have puzzles! It’s a community effort- they seem to be cleared weekly. The space is a hybrid cross between a Starbucks and a library- it craves socialization. The employees are exceptional- whom I have encountered externally as this is the HQ of the catering business, with only a small sample of them not caring at the worst. The only unsettling thing is it’s usually really quiet inside… but, it could always be worse- be positive!

Dietary restrictions: The ingredients are proudly displayed; so you know what you’re getting.
