Every time I go here my order is wrong and missing items. The person working the window always rushes you and gets an attitude when you even dare order at their drive thru. I don’t think the food is close to worth the staff’s incompetence and shitty attitude

Usually get taken care of by Abelardos but they dropped the ball this time. Guy taking orders is talking 90 miles an hour. He then proceeds to mess up my whole order. I went inside he didn’t give me a receipt, I ordered 1 beef tostada 1 birria taco, 1 side queso and 2 fried tacos. He asked me the sauce, I said avocado. He gives me mild sauce. 2 bean tostadas no queso. I try to get queso and he tries to take the bean tostadas and give me queso. I paid for all of this. Then when I get home I realize he didn’t give me beef tostadas. I’ll call them and he then tells me it’s my fault. They don’t listen at all or care about the customer.

Great food, but they frequently mess up orders. The staff tends to rush through taking orders, which causes misunderstandings and mistakes.
There’s one staff member who seems rushed and doesn’t double-check orders, so mistakes happen more often during her shifts.
