Pretty good

The Barbarian Trucker show

They were not open at 6am. The truck stop ran out of straws. I asked nicely for a straw to a lady that was working and she was so rude with her reaponse.. she had to give me 3 reasons why she wasn't going to give me a straw. She handled the situation very poorly and Their was a group of people behind me gasp and couldn't believe how much of a Grinch/scrooge she was acting like. As a frequent customer of this truck stop, I will never, ever! Ever and ever eat at that location ever again and im sure more business was lost by the other folks that listened. All im asking is for people to just be kind and humble during the holidays and something as simple as giving a straw to someone for their drink... have a blessed holiday and be NICE!!

The turkey gobbler sandwich tastes like Thanksgiving puked in a bun I didn't like it at all. I asked to changed my sammich but then said no they'd have to charge me for another one which I understand I guess. I'm a masochist so I eat at Arby's

Linda mgr terrible customer service skills she needs a different job.
Jackie counter sales was a nightmare. Together they ruined my appetite and made me wish I had never walked in to get food. Very disappointing experience!

Showed up at 11:29pm, they close at midnight and already turned all their fryers off so I couldn't order any food. If you close at midnight, then that's the correct time to turn the fryers off. The guy was extremely rude about it as well

Can we go to a number system? People hear what they want to hear while waiting for their name. There isn't anything grosser than watching another customer snatch up your bag and stick their face in it. They send you a link for your complaint that doesn't work, thumbs up!

Alexis, the young lady who was my cashier really needs to pay better attention to the customers. There was an older lady, that was calling out orders and for the sake of other customers, I hope she isn't a manager. Her attitude was 100% unpleasant and unprofessional. She needs to check her attitude at the door. I have worked for Arby's before, and many other fast food locations, and would never treat customers with attitude. This lady needs a week unpaid at home to readjust her attitude.
