This is a hidden gem of a diner. Great food and service. I have lived in the area for years and didn't know about this place. Wish I would have. I have eaten at B and B twice this week. I love it.
Always a great meal. no matter breakfast or lunch. If you are hungry after eating here, it would be a mystery how.
Staff is always friendly and very welcoming.
The café is very clean and well kept.
The other attraction is the scenery. A view of the active flight line and military aircraft.

Great little restaurant in the ground floor of the Control Tower of a National Guard Airbase in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Open Tuesday thru Friday, 6 AM - 2PM and Saturday, 7AM - 11AM. Great food, especially breakfast. Interesting view of the runway and National Guard planes. Many countries train their pilots here on the Transport planes. Prices are reasonable and the portions are good sized. You have to drive into Kansas to get there due to the Missouri River changing course around...
