I don't like leaving negative reviews. So at least I'm giving 3 stars because it's a family business. I had the pick 3 chicken, beef tacos and fadeyo.

Over cooked greesy flower taco shells with mush inside, lettuce smelled like beer.
Fadeyo was a noodle soup it reminded me of spaghetti O's by chef boy yar dee.

Maybe it was a new cook, or possibly the cook was having a bad day.

Will try one more time and update this..... they tell me the pork burrito with red sauce is good.

I have driven past Barbosa’s a lot for work and always been interested to check them out. Was totally underwhelmed, very bland, would not recommend. It’s for old people who have never had any good Mexican food… probably one of my most disappointing stops ever. It always looks busy is why I had such high hopes. Would much rather have gone to Chipotle.

I am completely confused by the other reviews versus my experience. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT authentic Mexican food in any way shape or form. It was bordering on inedible to be honest. Only one type of street tacos-pork that was bland. The tacos had 4 pieces of cilantro between the 3 tacos. My niece had the Mini Appetizer Platter, the cheese dip was basically canned cheese before she could even try it she had to scrape the film off of it. All around I'd say the quality here is on par with Taco Bell in a sit down restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: Very limited gluten free options and no substitute to corn tortillas on anything.

We attended a surprise party last night and it was wonderful. Our server February was fantastic, the food was great, thank you.

This restaurant claims to be authentic but is not, most of there food is made poorly and with no seasoning or sauce at that. I honestly would've rather spend the 17$ at taco bell. My sister and I both got sick from eating this. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We will likely never return. Food tasted like it was straight out of the can. Very very bland. They chicken was like rubber. And came at noon and was told they were out of several items. For 3 of us and our bill was $55. Sorry we won't be back.

Wow this was good. The chips that come with the queso are folded and crunch. The mini taco plate was so much food!

The food was exceptionally bland. The service was imperfect but acceptable. The price was in line, but spending that amount on subpar fare is not enjoyable. It's unfortunate that there's a chain Mexican restaurant that produces a far superior product in St. Joe. It's unlikely that I'd go back.

The food here is not what it used to be at least 15 plus years ago. Not sure if this place changed hands or what. I specifically remembered what something tasted and looked like from that long ago, and what I got was definitely not the flavor or appearance that I could taste and see, before I ordered the food.
You know that feeling you get, when you can remember and taste what that food was like and then you bite into it and it's like, "this was not what this used to taste like!" (BTW it was the beefy cheese nacho dip) Also ordered the #10 Fiesta something...two hardshell tacos. They tasted like they came straight out of your high school cafeteria...ours were nothing to ride home about so if you liked yours, your a rare case.. Disappointed to say the least, and for the price paid, it was incredibly not worth it. Won't ever go back or recommend it.
