Absolutely the best customer service of any ice cream shop in St. Joseph. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. Doesn't matter whether there is one person or 20 people in line. The staff always addresses customers with a cheerful greeting. The individual service each customer receives is always top-notch. Thank you to the wonderful staff at BR for making our day just a little better than before we walked in.

Ordered online a photo cake. While the online seemed to have gotten the Pic right, when it got to the store, it was just an arm. Thankfully, the manager called to confirm the order and had me send the Pic that was to be on the cake. Thank you so much. My MiL is going to love it.

Found 2 long hairs in my ice cream called the manager she said it wasn't her problem laughed and hung up
Tonight was ridiculous. Got there at 9:30. Left at 10. Thirty minutes in the drive thru with four cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the window, three employees were looking out at the fully-packed drive thru line, probably eight cars? And they kept talking and standing there. One of them then made my shake. Mostly milk. After paying $7.34, he hands me the shake. I shake it. Milk slops out the top through the straw hole. I watched him make it and knew it was mostly milk. I asked for ice cream to be added since a cost $7. For a small. He did accommodate my request, and said he hoped it was better. I shook it again, it was thicker, and I agreed that it was more like a shake. He told me to have a good night, perfectly polite. No kind of problem with how they treat customers. But come on, people. You can't stand around talking and then rush out subpar product, especially at a premium price.

I came in right before they closed lobby yesterday, but the girls were still super sweet and helpful and gave me plenty of recommendations! The smoothie they recommended was very delicious. They’ve always had great service my previous visits as well.

Ice cream is good, service not so much. They’ve continuously gotten my order wrong in the drive thru. It happened so often to the point that I won’t be returning. I always ask for a milkshake with M&M’s, and it’s comical how many times they forget to put the M&M’s in there.
