I came in right before they closed lobby yesterday, but the girls were still super sweet and helpful and gave me plenty of recommendations! The smoothie they recommended was very delicious. They’ve always had great service my previous visits as well.

Ice cream is good, service not so much. They’ve continuously gotten my order wrong in the drive thru. It happened so often to the point that I won’t be returning. I always ask for a milkshake with M&M’s, and it’s comical how many times they forget to put the M&M’s in there.

You have got to try the Mexican chocolate brownie flavor! The Love potion 31 was also really good! First time we've been to a Baskin Robbins in 29 years. Some of our childhood favorites were still there as well as a lot of flavors I look forward to trying at other visits. The girls working were all nice, friendly and helpful. The place was packed so they were hopping... That being said, the tables all needed wiping & the floor area needed swept & mopped, but there were only 3 working so no one was available to do it.

The St joe Baskin robins is always a joy to come to. The service is great staff is kind and can get you in and out fast. Unless you're indecisive like me. The ice cream always tastes good no matter what flavor. They only take 2-3 days to make your costume cakes which is really fast. There interiors is small but clean. There is often music playing which helps drown out the noise of people and the sound of the freezers. So I would recommend visiting while in town.

I ordered a 3 scoop ice cream with 3 different flavors and only got 1 of the flavors. ?
Stood at very front of counter....4 employees behind counter and they all acted like I was invisible ...waited almost 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged by an employee who told me that she'd be with me in a few minutes.....uh no thanks....left...won't be going back

Gave me an order to go and it was dripping out of the bottom of the bag by the time I got home, 6 minutes away. It got all over my seats, pants and hands.
