This restaurant is absolutely amazing, I ordered the seafood courtbullion with the potatoes Boudreaux. The seafood was well seasoned with Cajun spice and cooked to perfection, the potatoes Boudreaux may be my new favorite side item. Salty with a hint of brine the sauce was delicious. Our waitress was phenomenal and even approaching a random waitress asking for a cup of gumbo, they jumped right on it and brought it out. I will be returning during my next visit!Wheelchair accessibility: Access ramp right in front!

Service is second rate, food is ok, but nothing spectacular. Alligator bites are so small... try that cajun place across the bridge to get some good Alligator.

I was in St Joe recently for a business trip and Boudreaux's was suggested as the place to go for dinner. The location downtown and the building/space are great. It's a but like stepping back in time. The service was adequate. The waiter was very nice, but seemed to be almost the only one on staff and it was a fairly busy Monday evening. The food is where things came up short. I expected a fairly authentic Cajun experience based on the reviews and menu, but I was disappointed. I know good Cajun food from growing up less than half an hour from Louisiana and this was not that. The gumbo was very salty. The jambalaya was gummy and overcooked. Of the four people dining, we all had different entrees and no one finished more than a third of their meal. I wouldn't recommend.
Nice staff and cool building, but y’all need to season your food. Everything was so bland.

We were in town and were looking for a good place to eat. This did not disappoint! We really enjoyed our whole experience. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, so it was not busy, and we were able to park close. My crab cakes were great, and I like being able to get a mix of fries and onion rings.

Disclaimer- I'm born and raised a New Orleanian, and, like a true New Orleanian, I do a little cooking myself. I had the filet with dirty rice and shrimp creole. I wanted the steak well done and it came out medium well, but it still was good, nice and tender. The dirty rice was great as well. The shrimp creole was a tad bit salty, but overall great flavor as well. My server (Ashton) provided great service also. She was courteous, polite and very respectful.
