We ordered out at work tonight and my food was not included but paid for. When we called, they said they'll make one but I have to go get it - if that were an option we wouldn't have ordered delivery in the first place. And they would not refund the cost either. Super great service.

I’m going to start with, I really don’t like to leave negative reviews. Because humans are humans and situations happen. However. Placed a to go order. Was given order 20 minutes after I was told it would be ready and it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes to get corrected order and existing order got cold. Was given bone in and not boneless wings. Multiple employees walking around and no one helping the 1 employee at the front counter.. this was a random Tuesday night. Then, when I did finally receive my order Chellssie had a poor attitude and refused to review my order with me. My food was similar to pieces of popcorn chicken from Sonic. Their service would have at least been better. And the boneless wings, that I took home were completely inedible. Cooked to a burnt crisp. No chicken meat even in them. The crusty pieces at the bottom of the bag. What a joke, considering this is a corporation! That was $50 dollars worth of money spent on trash.
Edit- manager Ryan refunded complete order. Said will receive in 3-5 days. But review still needs to be seen by the public, so they know what to expect from this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. It makes no since that BBW beats you over the head with these ridiculous prices and you barely get any food. My husband and I don't eat out much because of this. I spent $51 on take out. Only Appetizers at that. I've never seen portions the size of my palm. 😡 The lady that gave us our food went to the back and added more potatoe wedges, but when she returned, I thought to myself did she put any in here? It looked the same when she left. I said I'm not gonna give this lady a hard time it's not her fault.
However, to the owner of this company, I will NEVER come back here. At least this location. I'm so disappointed every time I do come. I literally spent $51 and barely got anything. I couldn't even feed my kids with the portions they gave me, if I wanted to.
BBW you don't have to worry about me complaining about your food, prices, or portions. You've done me a favor. I will NOT be returning.

I haven't been to a BWW for many years because I've never had a good meal there,(not this location) but I decided to give it another try because I really wanted some wings. I ordered 10 plain wings and fries online. I was there before it was ready, so I got it and was back at work eating within 5 minutes. The fries would have been very good if they hadn't been completely cold, old and cold. The wings were hot, but flavorless, not because I ordered them plain, the chicken just didn't taste like anything. The restaurant itself had a bit of an unpleasant odor, maybe just a stale smell, but it was noticeable when I walked in. Likely just because like most restaurants, there is ventilation, but not abundance of fresh air. The staff member was very nice and friendly.
