Just don’t go here. Absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I would give zero stars if u could. Rude service, refusing to check for allergens, food came out SO slow, zero refills, just awful. We didn’t get anything comped either after all of this.

First impression when walking in, floors were filthy and covered in anything you can imagine. Next came the attitudes and actions of serving staff..below disappointing. Very standoffish and unprofessional. Then came some guacamole that I was hoping would make things better and it seemed to be just mashed avocado with tomato and onion on top….no seasoning or salt for miles. Our server was polite but young. Professionalism has really taken a downfall here. I usually love BWW but not this location!

Our waitress Raina was super nice, and actually seemed to enjoy talking to us, which compared to other places, was a very appreciated change of pace

Kinda disappointed because i paid extra for cheese curds and didn’t get them… Ordered 30 minutes before they closed so couldn’t go back and get them. I’m sure ordering that late was kind of annoying but it’s a business that says they’re open. they were closing the doors 20 minutes before they closed and we almost didn’t get our

The manager of this store is a little disrespectful coward. Tell corporate I said hi! They’re much more professional than you.

Pathetic! I placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up. I waited in the store for 30 minutes before receiving my food. I watched people who walked into the store after I got there and they were served their food before I got my order. Adam, the manager, was at the counter so I brought this to his attention. He informed me that it's just how the orders come up. I explained to him several times that it was at least 20 minutes from when the order was placed and when I got to the store and people who walked in got their food before me. He never once apologized for the wait. He just kept saying it's all based on how the orders come in.After I drove the 7 minutes home, the food was cold. They forgot one order of fries which I luckily caught before I left.Never again. I'll never again spend a dime at this joke of a restaurant. Slow service, cold food, and a sorry excuse for a manager.

We were on our way home to Minnesota and stopped in St Joseph Missouri. We were the only people sitting at a table. Maybe 8 people at the bar. It took the wait staff 30 minutes to figure out who was going to be waiting on us because they were noisily discussing who was going to get off early. One finally came over and was confused when we asked for 2 Miller High Life beers. They didn't seem to be familiar with that name and didn't know if they had any. A different one came back 15 minutes later to ask if we wanted MillerLite we said no how about 2 Baileys and coffee and were told they would have to make coffee and it was a giant coffee pot and would take awhile to make. They were gone again for quite some time. Long enough for each of us one at a time to go to the bathroom. We watched a party of 4 come in and get waited on. We still had nothing to drink, water or menus. A party of 6 came in who were also waited on. Finally we got water and and had to ask again for menus. We ordered food and one of the items was recommended by the waitress the tots with chunks of brisket. It was nothing like the description on the menu as it had a spoon full of sauce accidently spilled on one corner with 2 bites of brisket. We finally get a tiny shot glass of Baileys and a small cup of coffee and we're told that's the only size coffee cups they have. When we asked for more coffee they said they had to bring another cup and couldn't fill the cup we had. It was early in the evening when we were there and the food looked like it was whatever they had left in the fryer around closing time. Clearly not what we expected as we have been to other BWW restaurants in other states and that's the only reason we went there because we knew that the food was good. We get the bill to see we have been charged for each individual cup of coffee, since when does a restaurant charge per cup. The service was terrible the food was terrible and the per cup charge made us shake our heads and laugh.

I don't usually write reviews but since this experience was exceptionally terrible, I had to share. I know it is game day at lunch time and you are busy. We waited 30 mins and then I had to ask for someone to take our drink order, someone came they apologized, we ordered our drinks and food. Received my beer before the table got their drinks, then the food doesn't come together anymore I guess so my son got his food, still no drinks, no appetizer. Manager came back with drinks finally and the appetizer. Asked for sauces when they bring out the rest of the food, food came, no sauces, asked again, eventually that came out but we were still waiting on one kids meal, waited another 20 mins asked about it said it was going to be 3 more min. Comes out and it was wrong. Had them make it again but Togo because everyone one had already finished at this point. All they did was apologize, didn't offer compensation, the manager didn't come out and apologize, nothing. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had at BWW. You would think you would put more effort into redeeming our visit after waiting 30 min to even be acknowledged.

Of all the places I’ve been in my 10 years traveling this is by far the worst. Only saw my waitress twice the whole time we were here. Asked for a manager to address the lack of staff and food prep and was met with excuses. Needless to say I won’t be back again.

Drove clear across town to get my birthday wings. Downloaded the app. I came in and was told I had to wait for it to download. What a sham. They also had a free veterans wings. I was REALLY ILL and asked him if I could get it to go. The manager told me I had to dine in. The Teriyaki wings were awful ?it tasted like they just poured Teriyaki all over it.
