The lady who runs the night shift with the tattoos, is always super friendly and polite, havent had a messed up order yet! By far the best BK in saint Joseph. But just by observing throught the drive windows, they seem to be understaffed.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, cheesy tots and mozzarella sticks. Asked for ketchup for the sandwiches and then asked for honey mustard for the cheesy tots. The lady said she can only give me 1 honey mustard. I assumed the ketchup was in the bag already. Nope it wasn't. Food tastes old, fries are disgusting and cold.
Still letting orders go out incomplete or wrong, food is cold once again. Just lost our business completely.
