Because of the convenient location, we continue to try and try this restaurant.. about once every six months or so, we forget how crummy the last service was and we try again. Without fail, we are always left disappointed. The wait times are ridiculous and the food is substandard. The employee turnover must be insanely high as no one there ever seems to know what they're doing. The new renovations they did a few years ago look so nice, but unfortunately those updates don't translate into a quality dining experience.

My wife and I eat inside they threw the food at us, asked for the cups got hateful with us. Employees are rude to customers. You can only be inside 30 minutes to eat.
