Placed app order in parking lot. Drove to drive thru and told one minute. After 5 minute wait drove to window and told would have to go back through. Did so and no line at all. Told store still cook king fries and to pull around. After another 5 minute wait went inside and they were preparing mobile orders. Finally got food after 17 minutes but told only waiting 8. Apology no thank you no nothing Staff completely rude

The place was completely empty except 2 cars, I made the 3rd. My round hashbrowns were cold when they came out of the window. The food was disgusting!!! The service was less. They didn't even greet me. So all in all I would stay awayfrom this store!!!

When I get cheeseburgers, my favorite is BK, but the last few times I got a whopper, I threw it away. I don’t know if the meat has changed or what, but it doesn’t not have that iconic flame broiled taste. The meat tasted like a tv dinner sirloin steak and microwaved.

I ordered the 5 dallar bag they gave me cold fries overcooked nuggets and was rude when i asked if i could su stutue the drink i also ordered a shake and it was a oreo chocolate shake when brought to counter is was a classic not the chocolate one and when i said something it was addressed w rudeness.

We ordered in the drive through and was asked to pull around. So I was going to take the time to go in and use the bathroom, but the wench behind the counter was hateful when I asked about going to the locked bathroom. "Once you order" in a snarky hateful tone as a coworker was trying to tell her I had just ordered through the drive through. Perhaps she needs a job somewhere other than customer service.

My wife and I went in to burger king on north belt, We had a coupon for 2 whoppers, 2 medium fries and 2 medium drink the food was fine we asked the manager about the cookies we got 4 of them now here was the problem we got them for our dog as a special treat, the manager said the cookies were bad for our dog, and when I mentioned it to him he got real snotty and hateful about it.my wife is pissed and I got her out of there before she could do or say anything. What right did he have to tell us what we can and cannot feed our dog.
