Me and my family visited the north belt location roughly 1:15 PM and we waited 15 minutes in the drivethru with only 1 car ahead of me so we came in the store, was not greeted by anyone. We then got told we will be with you in just a moment. 7 minutes later the old man came to the counter to take our order. a little over 5 minutes after that we get our food and sit at a table and we bite into our food and it was great, but the service we experienced today was extremely poor and ruined our whole experience. i dont know why this location is still open with how slow business flows in the restaurant

I do not even know where to start with this location, they do not know how to multi task and take orders properly via drive thru . Once you pull up beware its overwhelming for them to take on more orders. When they do take your order, they will tell you to pull around and wait. Well, if you would of multi tasked and taken my order you could of dropped my food and had it ready by then. To many problems, this burger is unforntuanlly full of people that enjoy the slow paced life of living like a snails. Better off going somewhere else, McDonalds in the area is as bad

Everything is behind the counter, you have to ask for lids, straws, ketchup - everything. But you'll have to wait to ask for them because there's hardly anybody working. The food is somehow overcooked and undercooked. The employees were nice and helpful, but they don't have any sense of urgency at all.

The burgers beat other chains by a mile. Their chicken and fish are very good too. I love the fries, but good luck getting them fresh. And BK has the best coupons. Extremely good value for the money.
