Typical Burger King as far as the building but wow the food was rough, ordered after dinner rush and it should have been perfectly fresh. Instead cold and barely edible, and for over $10 per person!

Horrible service placed an online order 30 minutes prior to arriving. I pulled in the drive Thur waited over 10 minutes just to tell them I had an online order. They argued with me and had an attitude. Magically found my order. Then had an ever bigger attitude while I waited at the window. Food wasn't fresh and was quite stale. Won't come back to this location again. I used to be an employee and none of this would of been ok at my store.

Literally the strangest, and rudest experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. When we pulled up to the drive thru there were 3 guys annoyed at our appearance because we interrupted the smoke break they were about to take. Then they took forever to take our order while out of breath. We pulled to the first window, but no one was there so we pulled forward. They came to the 2nd window and told us to go back to the first window. The register there at the first window didn't work at first, so they took my card elsewhere. The guy comes back and tells us we have to wait there until he waves us forward. Finally waves us forward and acts put out that we were still there. Unbelievable. No customer service at all. We were the only customers there.

The guy who said he was the "store manager" refused to make my mobil order because i was at the window before the order popped up. I have no idea if I'll get a refund for my food but i definitely didn't get any food. Buzz cut, shorter, wears glasses and is a little heavier guy. He definitely isnt the store manager I'm sure hes a shift lead at best. I will never be back. But he sure was fine with employees being outside smoking instead of making my order.

My food was good and the service was good. I believe he must have been the manager, but he talked to his employees rudely. When he had to wait on someone st the counter he seemed irritated to do so. Just made for an unpleasant atmosphere.
Serves trash and don’t care about it. No apology just nothing they can do. Not a Burger King a “tasty king” under the Burger King umbrella.

I was in the drive up for over 5 minutes, behind another driver with no response. Went inside and weird another 3-5 minutes. Finally placed my order and then waited for employees to stop arguing and trying to figure out how to bag up food. The gal that took my order grabbed the single burger I ordered, put it in a bag and continued to engage in that other conversation. I got her attention and said she can hand it to me. It's a wonder you never see any business at Burger King. This type of service is ridiculous!!!
