Wouldn't serve me because walk up windows were closed and I don't own a car. I would have never tried to go to the drive thru if it was extremely busy, but I was the only customer there at the time. I purposely waited till all vehicles were gone. I only was getting a shake

Tenderloin and mushrooms were good, but we got the s’mores ice cream sundae and it had chocolate chips in it instead of hot fudge. Was so disappointed! I don’t like chocolate chips at all. I had to eat the ice cram and spit them out.Should’ve been made how it’s described on the menu.

Twice I've been to the location on Belt Drive. I'm in a box truck and it will not fit through your drive thru and you absolutely refuse to sell my lunch from your drive thru window if I walk up.
When restaurants see my truck and realize it won't fit in their drive thru they usually want my business and will at least sell me food at the window.
NOT CABANA....
I get that you're short staffed...but it wouldnt kill you to sell me lunch from the drive thru window when your walk up window is closed.
I guess route drivers aren't welcome at Cabana....

I have to lower my stars this time went through drive thru tonight 9 13 25 didn't hear what the girl said she raised her voice at me then when i got to the window she turned her back to me standing there talking with a young man

Was there August 30, 2025. Stood at the window 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We both ordered a hurrican I had 4 little pieces of the topping in mine. My husband order was not correct he asked for no whip topping and when he told them instead of making a new on they just took it off the top and gave it back. People before us they messed up their order gave them something they were allergic to on their sandwich. It was a big disappointment. Use to be my favorite place to go.

When it came out had tartar sauce on it. I ordered my hurricane with no whip cream and it came with whip cream. Terrible customer service

I gave 3 stars because I usually get great service and food but today was a disappointment. I only ordered a vanilla waffle cone. I wish I took a picture. To give you an idea how empty the waffle cone was, the ice cream fell sideways inside the con The flavor of the ice cream wasn't great either. They usually fill the cone full and the top of the ice cream is taller than the cone. Not today. Somebody needs to be retrained. I should have asked for it to be done over. Again, I usually get great service and great food.
