The one on the avenue is way better. We stood outside for a long time to get our order taken. It took someone over 5 minutes just to get a water refill and even longer for my son to order 1 ice cream. The drive thru was hardly moving too and looking through the window there was a lot of standing around and socializing. We also got no napkins on a hot day with ice cream. So I got to get back into my car with nasty hands. We will go to the one on the avenue moving forward.

I love the ice cream at Cabana! It is light but creamy soft serve. Their Hurricanes and Sundaes are creative but recognizable, and they have the tallest twist cones in Saint Joseph. If you order a large ice cream cone, be prepared for an event!

Visited 6/5/2025 1:00 PM I’m all about supporting local businesses so I thought I would give this a try. Loved the hot pepper balls, the chicken fried steak sandwich wasn’t bad either. The fries looked promising but were room temperature, not even warm…I could have used some napkins too but none were put in the bag. Staff were nice and professional. I would give them another try.

It's just not what it used to be. Slow slow slow. Service is subpar. Cabana used to stand out with service and freshly cooked food. Now it's just another place to order and feel ultimately unfulfilled by the experience. Quality starts at the top. No standards= no more of my money.

Ordered an icream cone and was shocked by the size and amount of soft serve ice cream. I didn't know that you could put that much ice cream in a cone!!!

Not sure what a flavor burst is when it adds color but no flavor. I could not even tell what flavor it was. Even the small ice cream cones are HUGE which is not nessessarily a good thing especially when you have to ask for napkins as it dribbled down their hand. We ended up tossing 90 % of two cones before we even got out of the parking lot. They were not the friendliest. Heard the fries are good...

I ordered a large pepper ball they gave me a small and if there is a line your ice cream will be made way before you get to the window like they always do and it will be melting by the time you get to the window
