Waited over a half hour because the staff decided it was a higher priority to give their friends free ice cream and chit chat then to serve customers. They then forgot our order and had us go back up to remind them. Then when I finally got my ice cream it had a topping in it that I didn't ask for.

We got 2 medium upside down cones in a cup with very little ice cream. Was VERY disappointed in the serving size! For over $7.00 wasn't happy with the amount given.

Pretty much a walk up or drive through ice cream shop. They do sell food too, but we went for ice cream. Generous portions! Order small! From basic soft serve cones to elaborate mixes & toppings. Really good! Fairly priced.

Hot ham and cheese was so salty that I couldn't eat it and was told they would not refund or get me something different. Ran mostly by kids, so it's not surprising customer service is lacking. The ice cream was great. That is the only reason I didn't rate a 1. It's not a great 1st impression.

Quick and wonderful service. The food is just fast food but is good. The tenderloin here is really a highlight. I had made a mistake on my order and asked for it to be fixed at the window and the employees were quick and courteous in helping me do so. Will have to do some of the ice cream when it isn’t snowing outside.

wednesday daily special is chicken fried steak sandwich. I paid $5.29, I would hate to see full price.
Great tasting ice cream, some of the best. I live 3 hours away and was visiting the area. This was a must-have must stop while in the area. So satisfying. I wish this was a larger chain in more locations. The menu offers plenty of choices to customize this tasty treat. Personally, it's best served plain. It's that yummy.

Over priced and too many people standing around not even knowing who’s order is what. Long hair should be put up not hanging and being flicked around. I hate making negative reviews but too many times of poor service will run down another business with excellent potential if they get their kitchen running better.
