I came through the drive through and placed two orders. I specifically asked for a chili cheese fry at the window and because the people did not repeat my order off they decided to ring me up as a chili fry. At that I asked for fresh fries and they are soggy and down right just nasty looking. Everything else in the two orders was right so how did they magically mishear me?? then I get told they won't do anything about it because they didn't charge me, LEARN HOW TO PAY ATTENTION AT THE WINDOW instead of making people waste money.

This is all about the wait. We have been there before and know what we are in for most of the time. But when we only saw one car at the speaker we thought it would be routine. But 3 strips,one large order of fries and over 35 min later we finally were able to head home. It looked like like 3 workers up front and shouldn't have taken that long.

Love coming to this place when we are in town to visit. The tenderloin is spot on and the hot pepper balls and fried mushrooms are what keeps bringing us back. We used the mobile order app and the order was completed much faster than quoted. It should be noted that this location carries more food than the belt highway location. Will be back.

I wasted my gas to drive from the far south end of town only to be told you were out of burgers??? How can a restaurant that their main entree be a burger and you are out?? I won't be back.

This is twice in a week I have had an issue. First one was getting the wrong order, today I went in for ice cream and bought a side cup of marshmallow pieces and found 3 dead gnats in the bottom of the cup 1 was stuck to one of the marshmallows. I got a refund for my hurricane, but I don't see myself craving any hurricanes from there again. Very disappointed cause I loved cabanas. ?Parking: Parking on each side of building

Always a great place for dessert and other comfort food. Definitely one of St. Joseph's best local establishments. Cabana has the best authentic soft serve ice cream that rivals the custard at other restaurants but at much better prices and quantities. A++
