I personally don't have any Caribou locations near me ,but when travel I'm certain to seek one out ! Reason being is they've always been fast, efficient , very pleasant people and great quality coffee! This time I had the Turtle Mocha. Yum!

Caribou Coffee never disappoints! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The drinks are consistently delicious, and I have to say the malted chocolate is absolutely amazing—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I always leave in a better mood than when I came in. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops!

The barista accidentally made my drink wrong. When I called to talk to them about it, they were very friendly and apologetic. When I arrived for my drink, again, they were very friendly, apologetic, kind. I haven’t always had that experience at other places…
I also have to say I’ve been there multiple times prior and my drinks were perfectly made and again, the baristas have always been friendly and provided good service.

I noticed I had a no text one star review. That's a mistake. This place is one of my preferred coffee and food shops. They are reliably fast, and I get a consisent cup of coffee. Which is more then I can say for a lot of local coffee shops. Good breakfast too.

A week ago I spoke to who I assume was the manager about two of her Employees giving customers wrong information on their Bogo and how one customer was upset as she has been customer with the brand a very long . In addition to waiting over 10 minutes for our drinks to even be started because the girls were gossiping with another girl that was off of the clock about the other employees as we stood there. The manager assured me that she would speak to the girls as she knew the two that I was talking about.
The next time I return Sept 10th the taller girl first name starts with a A last name H, Was working and was working and was very shallow with me. I took it. I brushed it off as she was upset because her manager spoke to her. Okay big deal life goes on you learn and you correct the behavior.
The following day, Wednesday September 11th at 5:17 I returned , as soon as I walked in girl at the register walked away and asked the girl she was working with to serve me. The other girl looked lost and said okay. She was extremely polite.
I return again, see the manager and let her know About both situations. She told me she had spoken with them and I told her I can tell she had spoken with them because now I’m going through this with them she said sorry and she would speak with them.
Today Wednesday September 18th I come at 6:03 as soon as I pull up, the employee comes to the door turns the sign on the door to closed. I couldn’t believe my eyes, ( this was the same employee that refuse to serve me and ask the other girl to) so I sat in my car and watched how people were pulling up shocked that the business was closed and then leaving.
This has to be the absolute worst employees that I’ve ever come in the contact with not only are they do not advertise your specials correctly.(they are telling customers that they have to buy two drinks in order to get one free) when Bogo is buy one get one free. So customers are leaving with one drink instead of two because they think they don’t have the option to have a free drink unless they buy a second drink,
They are rude and extremely unprofessional, and now causing your company money because they are upset that a customer reported them. Each time I returned after I was still extremely polite to the girls. The manager knows exactly what two girls I am talking about. The other staff is absolutely amazing. There are days I sit and talk to these girls and guy and have great conversations. I’m sure you have cameras so I have given dates and times so you can look for yourself!
Your company definitely will not have to worry about me coming back to this establishment as a business owner myself I would be appalled, and there would never be employees like that representing my company to make your customers feel so uncomfortable all because they are not doing their jobs correctly. Myself my company and they affiliates that all come there will definitely take. I would business down the road..

Not a real coffee shop. I order a quad shot latte. 1. Asks me how many shots... Quad...quaaaad! 2. I order a 16oz. She charged me for a 20oz. I say, "Easy mistake no refund needed. I'm fine" 3. Slides me a 20oz cup... Now I still want what I ordered.. 4. Does not remake drink.... Pour some of 20oz into 16oz cup. Defeating the purpose of the smaller drink...A STRONGER COFFEE!
That is to say nothing about the attitude I received.
My only comment would be the same I have for all coffee places is make sure you stir the coffees from the bottom so that you get consistent flavor throughout the entire cup rather than a blast of sweet at the end. Driving is not the best or safest place for guests to stir coffee.
