I asked the lady in the kitchen if she could make me a pork tenderloin sandwich. She started it and I went to the register to purchase a Casey’s gift card; they were out. I waited on my sandwich and saw the lady leaning over the fryer, eyeing the timer, watching my pork tenderloin burn because the timer wasn’t up and hadn’t beeped. Common sense would say not to let it burn regardless if the timer hadn’t beeped. Someone PLEASE tell her she can get it out of the fryer BEFORE it beeps. Good grief! She wasn’t a teen either. I’m 62 and she appeared older than me. It was chewy and had a burned taste…for $6. And they were out of ketchup. Sounds like a management problem. I went over to the Woodbine Rd store and bought my gift card and picked up ketchup packets for my burned sandwich.

Just went there and got gas and a slice of pizza 9 o'clock in the morning. The person behind the register would not move an inch to pick up anything off the floor long. Wipe anything down 1 person in the kitchen, 3 slices of pizza in the warmer trash overflowing, the gas pumps asked for a bag for my belongings to go. We all out of bags. I work for Casey's for 7 years. This was unacceptable. I don't care if there was 1 or 2 people working, it was unacceptable, do better?

Pretty nice gas station. Too bad the till girl Meghan thought it would be a good idea to charge anothe 11$ worth of snack on my card after I left.

Everything was clean and stocked, cashier was funny and engaging. Pizza kinda greasy but was still good.

I ordered a pizza, was told it would take 8-10 minutes and it took over 30. It didn't come out like regular pizza that you order but like the pizza in the warmer and EXTREMELY greasy.

Its 11:43 am , came here for lunch and they Have No pizza available!!! Come on Casey's, Do better. The lady inside said it wont be ready for another 30 mins. I guess they wont have to worry about people hungry for Lunch!!
Every time I go in there is never any tea. When I ask, I'm told it will take 10 minutes, but no one offers to come make any. Excited that Casey's has this station. Bummed that there is never tea in the afternoon.
