I had Chaun's amazing food at a banquet for the Missouri Western State Griffins Football team. I was told by trusted "foodies" that his was some of the best I'd ever have. I was definitely eager to dig in. Chaun personally made me a plate after the event because I was busy during. He was one of the kindest men that I've ever met. His skill is world-class but his service-first mentality might be even more impressive. On to the food. I microwaved...
They catered a Special Olympics event and the meal was amazing. The chicken was the best I’ve ever had, moist and tender. I didn’t even need a knife, it literally melted in my mouth. The green beans were so flavorful and the cinnamon butter for the roll was better than any restaurant cinnamon butter I have tried!
