Service is tops for a fast food chain. Manager (I think) came past our table multiple times asking if we needed anything, more sauce or refills? Then later came by and cleared our table as well. It was a pleasurable experience. Food was also good as always.

I really want to like this place… after a bad experience about a year ago we decided to give it another try, but again we were super disappointed. Ordered on the app, added a reward from my account. Did not get the reward (fries) because it was still breakfast, so they just left it out. Instead of doing the commonsense thing and substituting it for hashbrownsthey just left it out. Now my points are gone and we didn’t get our side. Every single time I have tried to go to this particular location and use a free sandwich card or one of my rewards on my account. They never seem to be able to get it right. When you’re paying the same price for food as you would at a sit down restaurant you expect at the bare minimum for them to get your order correct or make an effort to make it right. Instead their answer is “you can submit another order, sorry” I have never experienced good customer service at this location.

It's fast food. Not great. But what do you expect.
We stopped here to eat while traveling. 9 minutes before closing they came up to us and asked us to move seats when we were almost finished eating. They said they needed to clean this area. The staff was yelling and laughing obnoxiously the entire time and kept going back by the bathroom to mess with their phones.

The food was hot and delicious. The building is very clean. The workers are friendly and very helpful.
I went to this location at noon the day before thanksgiving. There were only a couple free parking spots in the lot when I pulled in and the restaurant was PACKED! I went inside and was able to make my way through the line and got my order taken within 5 minutes. My food came out very quick and my order was perfect. Very impressed by how well the restaurant ran for how busy they were.

The man outside taking my order was nice. The sandwich he recommended, I got. It looked nothing at all like the picture. Two baby smashed pickles, and a smaller piece of chicken that split into parts after the second bite. My bun was thin and had rips in it. Not that much flavor. I am absolutely not impressed and will never go back. Absolutely not worth my time or money. P.s. the ranch was good.
