Don’t go in when it’s busy! Went in at 1:30 ordered a beer. Finished beer,30 minutes later still no food when I asked bartender stated we are slammed sorry. Then tried too charge me for them! Went over to 54th street which is packed and wow in 15 minutes got my wings.

Stopped to get a to go order and waited 23 minutes, but no one took my order or offered help. I spoke to 3 waitresses and each one referred me off to another one. That is fine, if you dont want business, I'll go somewhere else. Thanks for nothing!! Might want to look for a new place to work.

I went to Chili's for the first in over three years and I have to say the food was border line disgusting. I got the baby back ribs that look like they smeared some clearish red sauce on, I could not eat them. My daughter got the Cajun Chicken and she did not eat hers either. My goodness what happened to you Chili's.? Your restaurant used to be the go to place. I most likely will not return. But I want to say the waitress did a great job, no complaints about her.

I went for lunch this afternoon and the bartender was very professional and attentive to everyone. However, the CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA WAS A NEW LEVEL OF GROSS. OMG, whoever developed that recepie should be out of a job. The alfredo sauce tasted okd , canned or jarred. So nasty, then the sky high pile of a sickening spice mix convinced me not to finish it and never order it again!!! omg!
