My partner and I visited this location on 12/05/25 because it was close to our hotel. We were seated right away, which we appreciated. However, when our server came to take our drink order, she did not greet us or introduce herself. We placed our drink order and continued looking through the menu while we waited.
She returned with our drinks and took our food order, but it took quite a while for the food to come out. Once our meals arrived, we had barely started eating—less than ten minutes—before she came back to ask if we needed a box. This felt unusual and unwelcoming, especially since my meal was served on a sizzling plate and was far too hot to eat that quickly. Both my partner and I were confused by this interaction, as if she was trying to get rid of us.
When it was time to pay, I completed the survey on the tablet and left a brief comment about our visit. While I was doing that, we noticed several servers standing behind me, appearing to watch what I was writing. It made the situation feel even more uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this location.

On our way to zalabama for a Vintage motorcycle festival...1/2 way point = St Joe Missouri. Chili's was right down the street from Candlwood Suites . We've always had consistent good service quality food when we roll through. A++

Order a to-go order. If your a person who wants good value and decent food, I'd say the pick 3 is a good option. Burger was pretty good, not the best and maybe a little overdone to my liking, but for the price it was more then acceptable. If you love chips and salsa/dip, you won't be disappointed as they give you basically the same amount you'd get at Walmart.
