I waited at the To-Go counter for around 20 minutes before anyone bothered to come and service me. My order wasn’t placed in the paid for To-Go area where it was supposed to be, it was behind the cashiers counter so I couldn’t grab it until they physically handed it to me. When given my order 20 minutes later, I wasn’t offered an apology or anything for the lack of service and response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

A very lively place frequented by many. In addition to enjoying a tasty meal, it also serves as a means of relaxation to have a good time with music and enjoying drinks prepared by a bartender to your liking and of course they also serve varieties of beers for lovers of that traditional drink.

It is what it is: fast casual dressed up a little. Service felt a little slow, but we're used to being rushed everywhere else, so I think I like it going a little slower. It's a more relaxing meal. The queso was warm at best, but the loaded fries were really good. I gave a four on atmosphere because there was soda splatter dried on the wall decor beside the table. Our server took good care of us.
