Ordered 2 bowls a burrito, a kids meal with taco and chips and a side of chips and guacamole. Didn't get any chips. The bowls were supposed to have brown rice, black beans, and fajita vegetables. Both had very little rice, one had no fajita vegetables, and one had pinto instead of black beans. Burrito was half the size of what it used to be. Same with the bowls. We are done with Chipotle.

The first guy giving the rice and beans was great and gave good portions and was nice, the second lady gave barely any portions and was very unprofessional and rude. her face is also covered in piercings which looked unhygienic

I absolutely LOVE getting salad bowls here, the vegetarian menu selection is the best I've seen in St. Joe anywhere. The meat is great too but I prefer the veggie salad bowl. Though it is kinda expensive the portion size is more than worth it and the employees are very kind and willing to help even if there is a Karen who goes so far as to make them unpack and repack their food a certain way in the bag after ordering triple rice and telling them rudely to add more. Very kid friendly too my daughter loves the kids cheese quesadilla and the fact she can get anything she wants as one of her 3 "sides" (she's 7)

Just went in to grab a meal before work at 8pm there was no one in line I asked for something they said there would be a 60sec wait on. More people piled in line as I stood and waited other customers were helped. The meat I was waiting for was done and they were still helping others who came behind me. I eventually just left. I should have been helped when what I was waiting for got done. The cleanliness of the tables was below par. Felt like I was disregarded!

Great food. Tables were all dirty & the person assigned to the dining area was more interested in visiting with friends than doing their job. Had to ask TWICE for a table to be wiped off & the young lady was rude when she finally came to do the job.

Absolutely horrible! Just picked up our order and the picture shows what I found when I opened! My daughter requested this for her birthday and this is what she got! So little meat we weren’t even sure there was any on the bowl.
Employees spend more time bickering and flirting with customers than they do on their job. Throws bowl together in 2 minutes so he can go flirt with a female customer. Tired of the poor customer service and inconsistent portions. Done coming here.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. The female taking my order never greeted my girlfriend or I, never smiled or asked how we were doing. We came at 8:45 when their door says they close at 11:00. It took 2 minutes for us to be acknowledged and it seemed like no one wanted to be there. I will never come back here. The cherry on top is the poorest quality of food, my stomach has been aching since. I ordered a double chicken bowl and my girlfriend ordered a regular chicken bowl. Absolutely insane.
