I walked in late- 20 to 30 mins before close. The staff was rude, I didn’t even have time to think what I wanted or to explain I had an allergy! she rushed me out of the store and down the line. Everything looked like it had been sitting out open for hours. The staff was more worried about feeding their friends than they were serving a PAYING CUSTOMER. I paid $22 for food I won’t eat because it looks so nasty. Not to mention the girl who was working the register tossed my coke inside the bag and it broke open. This chipotle sucks. I don’t recommend anybody go to the location. Y’all SUCK and your manager should KNOW!

Sometimes i come up disappointed when visiting this location.
Either the foods comes out expensive for portion size, or the food itself needs improvement.
Like i got wet chips one time, and another time the burrito had too much sour cream in it. i think for the price we should get good food and good service every time. We kind of expect it now since your more expensive then fast food around the area.

UPDATED REVIEW LOWERING SCIRE FROM TWO STARS TO ONE.
Chipotle is one those companies that has some pretty great ideas and great food, but when they try to execute those ideas, the public always ends up with a turd in their punchbowl. I completely understand the menu pics and reality are often different, but my protein bowl is half empty while their menu picture is as overflowing as any bowl you would get. What makes it worse is I added cheese and sour cream - would hate to see what it would of looked like if I didn't add to it.....So help me understand why I paid same as a normal bowl but got no rice or beans and nothing extr?
ORIGINAL REVIEW was about a dirty store and poor service. This was my first visit back since that bad one a year ago.....was convinced a mobile order may be better. Whoops.

I just ordered a burrito and they completely messed up my order. I tried calling them and they don’t answer and when they do it is their robot and I just wasted my money to be honest. I got peppers in my burrito when I’m allergic. And my tortilla was so dry that it was crusting apart let alone my food was cold, but it’s always cold if you doordash

My fiancé and I have frequented this establishment more times than I can count. On every single occasion, we’ve been met with a poor experience of some sort. We’ve ordered pick-up in the past, but quit doing that due to our food being taken on more than on occasion from the pick-up area before we even got there to get it. So, when that happens, we had to wait for our food to be made again. We’ve had grace on your establishment, in hopes we’d have better experiences, but on each of our visits, we’ve encountered many inconveniences. There have been times we’ve not even been able to sit down to eat because not one table was clean. The place has no pride taken in its appearance - trash cans heaping full to the point you can’t even put anything more into them, litter and food scattered all over the floor, there are multiple times we have visited and you’ve been out of lettuce or other main ingredients on your menu, and I could go on, but I don’t have time for that. I’d like to see this place look like the people who work there care about the environment and atmosphere being provided. All around, I’ve been disappointed far too many times to keep returning. It’s a shame to see something so good go bad. Perhaps it’s time to realize that if nothing changes, then nothing changes.

What a joke! If you go in, they are more than happy to help. But God help you if you order delivery. They give you half a bowl full! Is there a separate rule for ordering delivery? I dont get it! Do better. Take some pride in your establishment!
