Decided to go to Chipotle today I got a burrito with my tortilla on the side let's charge $0.50 for my tortilla then I got double meats and my meat was burnt disgusting waste of my money and gas going out there thanks a lot Chipotle for running my dinner

Could have been way better. Skimpy protein portions, I had a free coupon for guacamole and THOUGHT it was added to my burrito. I scanned my app and the employee said it went through. Paid, looked at my receipt and nope. I was charged for guac. Ate my burrito to discover there was never any guac added.

Boy, this location has really gone downhill. Not only are the portions a lot smaller, the so-called tender steak was not tender or flavorful, and I got a nice chunk of fat. The cashier didn’t give me our change until I asked. The place was dirty. The floors needed mopped. The tables were all dirty. They were out of ice and I told them and they did nothing about it.

Ordered the carne asada and chips with queso to go. Very stingy with the meat. Chips are stale and not crispy. Queso is good. I would have taken them back but we are travelling. Disappointing and expensive.

Come to this chipotle often it’s always the same thing horrible attitudes from the works hardly give you any food in your bowl and when asked for a little extra they give you a crappy look like your actually trying to have them do there job it seems to be this chipotle been to plenty others in other towns and not had this problem once but it’s everytime at the st Joe location
