I should have known better I arrived at 6:35 they close at 7p I got the crumbly burger with cheese meal fries and Dr pepper it was short of being 12$ I got it to go at 10 of 7 ate it on the lot in my car and the sandwich was very greasy and made the bun fall apart plus it was luke warm ,then the fries were hot but burnt .. I'll go back cause I love the food but just don't go in before they are fixing to close
This place has definitely fallen off in quality over the years. I make it to St. Joe once or twice a year and always stop in for a 'Maid Rite'. Today, for $8, I got a single crumbly burger with little flavor, on a semi-stale bun, and a side of small fries. No drink. From the sound of the toxic conversation happening between the staff for all to hear, it sounds like the ownership has all but given up. Hopefully they can turn things around, but with overpriced mediocre...
