I’ve always been a fan of Culver’s and have appreciated the quality and freshness of their food. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience left me extremely disappointed with their customer service.
Our sandwich was made incorrectly, so we brought it back. Instead of apologizing, the staff questioned us about it. We even offered back the incorrect sandwich, with only one bite taken, but there was still no apology, they simply made it feel like it was our fault for their mistake.
I understand mistakes happen, but how they handled matters, is key. The lack of acknowledgment or courtesy from the staff was disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from Culver’s.
