Service was unfriendly and rude. No greeting, no happiness and an overwhelming unwelcomed feeling. When ordering a blizzard, they did not even do the flip. I had a coupon code, and the staff was unhelpful, and ended up making me pay full price for something that was supposed to be discounted. I am disappointed and will not be returning.

6 staff members there. 3 working 3 messing around, one walked by the ice cream machine and with her bare hand scooped the dripping ice cream from the machine walked into the back room and wiped it on another co-member. Nice to know that the next ice cream order from that machine had her bare hands on it. Perhaps they need a manager present since they definitely needed some leadership and health code information. Sometimes there is a long line but I recommend you go anyway since it moves fast and the treats are worth it!

Are they in the business of making money? They should definitely consider staying open later, or at least keep their lights on.
