Hey hey just want to tell you something Amber the manager is making headways on Tik-Tok that's right ladies and gentlemen go to Tik Tok type in St j o e Dunkin' Donuts October 10th of 2025 there is a part one and there's a part two were this manager as use colorful metaphors beat on someone's vehicle and threatened them. Their name is Amber they're on the location of the Beast store in St Joseph Missouri it's over 5K tiktok

we are going out about a St Joseph Missouri Dunkin' Donuts manager. colorful metaphors to a customer then proceeding to go outside and start beating on their car and causing damage to their vehicle. this specific manager used the term blank you up and then on top of it proceeded to cause what they call damage to the individuals automobile over an order that should have been correct. this is the main reason why I don't go to Dunkin' Donuts the elders are never correct also the quality of food and the last time we ate there by the one by the burger king. my whole family got sick off of the sandwiches that they serve. there are so many other locations to the supermarkets that serve wonderful products. in a wonderful coffee shop here the age of Dunkin' Donuts this Pacific manager that showed up on tiktok believe it or not it is most hilarious thing I ever
Just saw a video on how the manager overreacted in a situation. If I were the owners I would definitely look into what happened and possibly get rid of this person. It’s bad for business.

Good options for kids on the menu.
Placed a pick up order the app was having trouble going through. I got to the mic before it processed entirely. I was met with someone on the mic named Amber, so I’m told, she was very rude very snappy and very unprofessional all because as she stated the line was backed up however they only had one line open. I love Dunkin and am a frequent buyer but this has put such a distasteful feeling to me. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Dave please reevaluate your staff as they are running off business!

What the hell? Got some glazed donuts today and when I reached into the bag… what? Donuts look like someone put them in bag and just mangled the donuts! Glaze was wet and made donuts soggy! You seen the donuts when you put them in bag, should have known better!

We got coffee. The coffee was great and the service was good, but the drive through is so cramped and on a slanted surface.. We were barely able to get in there because the line went out into the road... Seems like some corporate greed may be at play with the design ? ... obviously have enough customers to make a better/safer space for customers to pull into to get their coffee and donuts ?♀️

So first off, they never have donuts unless you hit them first thing when they open. And secondly, you have to watch this location with what they charge you. If you order a milk substitute the menu says $0.50, they double it and charge $1.00. when asked about it a few times they said "That's what we were taught to do". This is the only store I've visited that does this so who knows what other shady things they do. Just save yourself the worry and go-to the north belt location.

It doesn't cost too much to update your hours online and on Google to reflect the actual time you're open until. Google MAPS says 7:00 p.m. thank you for making me make a trip for no reason.

Ordered 4 coffees and 4 donuts on the app. When I got to the store, they had none of the donuts we ordered (were out by noon apparently) so I asked for a refund of our donut purchase price. I was told no, they couldn't do that. I asked for a gift card for the purchase price of the donuts. I again was told no. I was told they could put my name on a list at the store for a free donut next time but we were traveling through and don't live in the same town. There advice to me was to email the company and ask for my money back. This is completely unacceptable that I gave them my money and got no product in return and then they refused to give me any of my money back.

First time in dunkin in 15 years and they didn't have any doughnuts. I placed an order on the app as a guest and I was told I could come back tomorrow. I can't cancel the order anywhere. I stopped by on April 15th. So I'm not driving 30 minutes from home to get 4 Doughnuts. So I have to go to town on Thursday the 20th and we will see if they still honor my order or not. If they do then I'll delete this review. Otherwise stay away from this scammy store.
