We got coffee. The coffee was great and the service was good, but the drive through is so cramped and on a slanted surface.. We were barely able to get in there because the line went out into the road... Seems like some corporate greed may be at play with the design ? ... obviously have enough customers to make a better/safer space for customers to pull into to get their coffee and donuts ?‍♀️

Parking: Super cramped for drive through, especially if they are busy.

When read the reviews I was stunned. I read a few Karen's and Brandon's lame excuses on their orders. Yo, go back around and ask them to remake it, and they will. I've never had a bad experience with this particular Dunkin. You guys are the best. I'm from Massachusetts, and there's a Dunkin on every other block. So, when I moved to St Joseph, MO by default I was so damn happy to find a few here. You guys from the South Belt store are friggin awesome!!!!!!!!

I live on this street. The employees or the store itself are not the problem. I go here occasionally and most of the time the lattes are good. It's the customers that block the street. I feel that something needs to be done so it fixes the problem. People are just rude! I just feel something can be done to keep their patrons from blocking people's way to get to the belt highway.
