The food is always amazing. They always make me feel like family. Donna is an excellent waiter, always kept my drink full. Service was prompt and efficient. The ambience of the restaurant off of South Belt in St Joseph MO and the friendly atmosphere makes it my go to happy place. Love it!!
Stopped into one of our local El Maguey locations, with my brother, recently. It was not long after the doors opened, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Our waitress, Donna, was on top of things with the quickness and a big welcoming smile! She took our order and had our drinks, chips n salsa and food onto our table in record time! As we ate, she kept our drinks refilled and took care of anything we needed. Total pro. My one complaint, and it's kinda miniscule,...
Louis was an amazing server we came in with 14 people did not call ahead and we still got out with an hour. He rocked keeping a positive attitude and had us out within an hour, even with single checks for everyone.
