This place hit all the marks for a 5 Guys.Food: Burger was great and they loaded me up with fries. Well made and the ingredients didn't taste old. Very fresh.Service: Not bad. A bit aloof, but still did the job without issues. Good execution in the kitchenAtmosphere: Clean and well kept. Didn't see any problems. Peanuts out, Freestyle Machine had all the options. Clean location, fully stocked amenities (straws, napkins, ketchup cups, etc), polite staff, quick service, immaculate bathrooms. Well run location. Food is plain for how expensive they are. They forgot the cheese so I took it back up to have them add. I asked specifically for pepper jack and they gave us cheddar. Fries are always under cooked, not crispy enough. Underwhelming and overpriced.
12/4/23 11:57 am. Most of the tables in the lobby are dirty. I has to wipe stuff off the chair before I sat down. They are not even very busy, there no reason fo over half of you empty tables AND chairs to be that dirty.

They can definitely get busy busy, but still good place to go, I unfortunately do not think the quality of food, the cost of food is worth eating here, I've been one time and probably more than likely will never go again because the cost VS quality wasn't there for
