Absolute wonderful food, the staff could definitely work on their presence while on duty at a dining facility. Regardless of the laid back atmosphere, there should always still be a standard when it comes to public service.
Was very impressed with their customer service today. One of the employees saw me walking in with my 86 yr old mother and ran over to open the door for us. Then the young man behind the counter was just extra nice and patient with my mom as she ordered. He then brought our food to our table for us. He went back and got us ketchup. Another off duty employee remembered us from coming in before. I just feel it was service you don’t see that often nowadays. We will go back...
We used the drive in but we saw the reviews and wanted something different while in St. Joseph. It took awhile to get our food and the service was ok. Everything came out fresh and was really good, especially for the pricing! Will be back for that funnel cake.
