Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place his horrible the managers and general manger are rude and yell at the crew member for everything this is coming from a ex crew member there gross there cooks don’t wash there hand after using the bathroom if someone see you doing something they don’t want you goin you get yelled at I have proof voice recording on how rude they are to the employees and theres customer who notice the same thing someone need to get ahold of corporate

I literately tried to order the Freddy’s original double and just add jalapeños but the lady at the counter insisted to ring up the double jalapeño burger. I told her I didn’t want that one because I didn’t want the fry sauce but still wanted the onions and pickles that’s why I ordered Freddy’s double and to just add the jalapeños. She continued to ring up the jalapeños double but took off the fry sauce, added the pickles and onions. And it wasn’t till I got the food that I realized it had pepper jack cheese instead of American. And it was more expensive then just doing it the way I asked. What a mistake coming here today

We absolutely LOVE this place! My daughters favorite especially for burgers! I love the prime rib steak burger (with pepper jack cheese cause I'm not a fan of Swiss lol) always clean with prompt service and friendly helpful staff. Their new tater tots are fire and I'm a VERY picky eater with texture issues and all ... 😅🤦🏼‍♀️

To start out our visit was great in the beginning. We had a young girl probably around 17 or 18 helping us. She was sweet and attentive. She even helped my son pick out his shake because he couldn’t figure it out. He loves it by the way so thanks for that. The problem wasn’t the food however. Our food was ready for us to take but our shakes were not some of the people were standing around talking while others like the young girl were trying to work. Either way this young lady noticed we had our food and not our shake/concrete. She stopped what she was doing proceeded to grab two cups which our order consist of and began to make our shakes, her boss or whoever the lady was, came over and instead of asking what order she was working on started barking orders at her. This young lady waited for one of them to do their job and when she noticed we stood around after having our food for about two minutes she decided to help. The older lady should have been helping the young girl not barking orders at her like she was her lap dog. The older lady messed up the younger girls flow and then proceeded to raise her voice at the young girl as if it was only her fault the order got messed up. Take responsibility for your part ma’am.To the young lady I just want to say thank you for being attentive and noticing us. You were great and we see you.

Meeeeh. See thru burger(?) patties. Fries are ok. Sauce ain't that special. For the money, go buy a steak at Texas Roadhouse or cook one at home.

It's not right with him. I should have stuck with the original Freddy but instead I tried the new prime rib burger. At least I think that's what it's called. It was just okay but normally the food is hot and tasty. The service is always great as well.

Nice Freddy's to stop into. We were on our way to KC and needed a burger that isn't a regular fast food burger. This fit the bill. Nice smash burgers and shoestring fries!
