Filter your grease every morning. A day or two may have been missed. Everything was delicious but, instead of golden brown and crispy we were served brown and soggy fries and tots. The sandwiches, always on point. We'll be back 👍 We like Freddy's!

I ordered the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Combo and was extremely disappointed. Based on the photo alone, you can clearly see how poorly this was prepared. The burger arrived barely warm, with dry patties and cheese that looks partially melted at best. The sauce is almost nonexistent and unevenly smeared, and the bun is dry with hardly any jalapeño.. instead of being properly dressed.

For a meal that costs nearly $20, this level of quality is unacceptable. This looks rushed, careless, and nothing like what’s advertised or what Freddy’s is known for. I grew up loving Freddy’s and have a lot of great memories of their food, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I hate that this is what’s representing their name now. I truly hope this location improves, because this was a letdown in every sense.

Honestly one of the better vegetarian burgers in town. I knocked 1 star because there's no option to mark allergies on the app when ordering but if I don't mark that I've had it where I can see the issue food was put on and then taken off before served.
I appreciate they have protocol for this even ordering physically at the restaurant though

I got to run over someone else food in drive thru because the night time cashier dropped it out the widow and proceeded to say someone in The morning will pick it up or they won’t, and then apologized. I got finally get my food and then she immediately took it back because she handed me not my food! Everyone was laughing! Management in this town really needs help! And I work I fast food I would never act like that in front of a customer!

Love this place I work next door so I eat it quite often, but Friday I ate there and I got food poisoning from there meat not being cooked all the way it’s been like this last few times even my mom said hers was still pink! Love this place very clean and employees are amazing!! Been trying to call nobody has been answering.
