The food here is good, but the service is horrible. Every time I go through drive-through they get my order wrong. They forget to put my stuff and I end up paying for things I don’t get. I’m never going back.

I arrived in the Drive-Thru queue at 9:30 p.m. I left after finally getting my single regular concrete mixer at 9:55 p.m... The last 10 of those minutes was spent sitting at the receiving window after I had paid. Waiting for what I ordered. I thought the concretes were usually thick enough to eat with a spoon. This one was thinner than most shakes

I was so impressed on their efforts to wipe down all surfaces to keep customers safe. Several employees are on the floor sanitizing tables, doors, debit card readers and so on. Manager was cleaning aswell.Dietary restrictions: Lower my sodium intake so I requested no salt on the fries.
Used to work there in Denver at Freddy's . Freddy's, The menus not the same and the way they run the place, how they treat their customers. But they're very friendly people all the same . but some of the menu has changed from one place to the other A. Crazy I like the food they're all of the same

Staff and customers have a MAJOR staring problem. Jocelyn helped us, she was sweetheart and probably the best part of the experience. Food was decent, ice cream was good but the staff hates their job and probably life. Wouldn't recommend if you want a pleasant dining experience. Thank you Jocelyn for being a good person.

You guys need a little bit bigger hamburgers a little bit thicker. There was two hamburgers there and they were still thinner than paper. The Taste was good but I need more I'm a big guy LOL the drinks are outstanding. Also fries were good. And no my contact info stays where it is. ? also hamburger was good just thin. Need 6 per burger. Lol
