Slow/rude service. Ordered a hamburger without Mayo & it had lots of Mayo on it. Fries were cold. My bad for not checking before we left. When I called the manager, she just kept making excuses & wanted me to drive 20 minutes back to fix the hamburger. When I told her that I go there quite a bit, but won’t be coming back, she hung up on me.
worst treatment I've had in a restaurant of any kind in a long time they have a sign on their Marquee advertising a $5 meal a sign on their window advertising the same $5 meal when I went in to get the $5 meal I was basically accosted by the entire staff at the counter explaining that the $5 meal really didn't exist including the manager telling me that it didn't exist yet but the find shouldn't have went out even though the signs were there when I tried to press them on the matter...read full review
Please put on your Web site and Facebook that your dining room is not open. I searched this no mention of dine in. I ended up calling the store and found out not open to eat in. This required one of your employees to stop what he was doing to answer the phone when it was not necessary. I don’t do eat in the car nor carry out to take home food that is Luke warm at best by the time I get to the house and I’m only 2 miles away. I just don’t like eating in a car.
