Going here was rough, this location seems like it’s about done for. Burger was just OK, staff was friendly but overwhelmed and building is 10yrs past a remodel.

The place has gone way downhill the last couple months they dont know how to cook biscuits right so no breakfast and the workers are rude it's sad how fast food places have to kerp these people around cause of being short handed lots of places gross biscuits and there using there bare hands on your food

I do like Hardee's. This particular experience is was closer to an average fast food experience, but still slightly better. The burgers are juicy and the fries were hot. I was a little annoyed that the ketchup was only available in those little foil packets. All that said, it is getting expensive for a combo meal at a fast food restaurant.

Staff barely said two words to us. 28 degrees outside , dining room heat was off. I asked counter staff if heat was working and they just said “No”. That’s about the only words spoke to us. Men’s bathroom also closed with napkin sign that said “Do not use”. . Horrible experience overall. Won’t be going back

I don't wanna talk smack on Hardee's because it's usually a favorite of mine. This was the worst food experience I've had from fast food.. I didnt go back and complain because it upset me and I don't wanna be rude. Pretty much I ordered the SuperStar and curly fries like usual and I tasted fine until I licked the sauce that was dripping from the back of the burger and it literally tasted like mold just thinking about it turns my stomach. I almost puked and couldn't finish my burger so I felt like I wasted money.. I still feel sick I have no idea what happened to my food but that was disgusting I probably won't be going back if I so I'm gonna go to a new one.. literally gave me trauma I don't wanna risk getting food poisoning from there plz check the food you're serving.. my tomato was also partially white maybe that was the moldy taste not sure but that was horrible..
Love Hardee's breakfast menu. The employees are always friendly and the app is good to score some free food & discounts.

Went through drive through ordered the 5.99 original bag meal hot ham and cheese, double cheese burger regular fries at that time stated as long as the fries are fresh he statutes they would be but the operator stated would you like to have the curly fries they taste better, I said no thanks. She said he was a man of his word and stated all my or would be freshly cooked because I had to wait for the Nashville hot sandwich I ordered. I thanked him for his good customer service treatment and I would return because of it. Needless to say I read the sign regarding the bag meal it said 5.99 I was charged 6.99. I never saw or was told that the 5.99 is for a small. The food I order was the nastiest food I have ever eaten for fa's food. NONE OF IT WAS HOT AND FRESHLY MADE. My fries was mixed with other fried stuff even burnt black scraping of something. The bread on all the sandwiches except the Nashville was so hard I couldn't bite it. That Nashville had so much mayo it dripped off the sides and was hot about it. The ham and cheese was smashed like a pan cake and the ham was only on one side of the bread. The doubled cheese was black around the edges and almost the size of a half doller. The is the worst food I ever eaten. I don't like wasting my money on crappy food. I should had stuck with my regular purchase. Wasted over 15.00 for nothing. Thank you
Owner, your response makes no sense. What you suggested doesn't make sense or work. You are taken this as a joke. You suggested no remedy to my issues. I would like my order redone or a refund. This us not a joke to me.
