We stopped in hoping for a quick coffee on our way out of town, but unfortunately, the experience was far from fast. Although the shop wasn’t busy, service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to get four coffees and two breakfast sandwiches — and we had to remind the staff to make the sandwiches. Sadly, they were still cold when we got them, and the coffee tasted burnt. While the space itself is charming, the lack of efficiency and customer service makes it hard to recommend,...
Hazel's has been my favorite coffee shop for over 20 years! They have the best coffee and countless wonderful experiences there. If I ever have a choice on where to go, I always go to Hazel's!
What a neat coffee shop!! The sf vanilla iced latte is delicious. I was traveling a lot and staying in St Joe and at least one stop at Hazel's was a must. The atmosphere was really cozy, but roomy. Couches, tables...various sitting areas. I love that it is locally owned and I hope people will support this business!
