I was given the run around by 2 separate CVS’s today when trying to get pink eye drops for my son. Finally had to have them send the script to Hy-Vee who had the medication in stock. After 2 hours, Hy-Vee still hadn’t received the script. Shane in the pharmacy took my info and called the cvs’s to find the script so I could get the eye drops in my kiddo before the pharmacy closed!! Great customer service.

Jordan in Hy-Vee Aisles online (I may have spelled your name wrong) and her whole crew- y’all are amazing. I know some days are extremely busy and you guys get behind because of short staffing or excess orders, but regardless you all are nothing but kind and genuine people who all deserve a raise! I had a large online order today that was supposed to be ready for pickup 4-4:30. I work in St. Joe so I usually grab my groceries after work on my way home, 30-35 minutes from town. Today I waited an hour and a half, still waiting for my cart to be complete around 5:30. I was late picking up another order in town scheduled for 5. I called and Jordan hooked me up with Hy-Vee delivery, which they never do because I live so far out in the country, and they brought it out to my doorstep. Yes, it was late, but I could’ve been a total Karen and not taken their struggles into consideration... but instead I realized (after years of previous customer service) that being mean would not help anybody in that situation. It would make their job harder and put me in a worse mood. They were extremely accommodating and this will never stop me from shopping at St. Joe Hy-Vee. I could’ve easily asked for a refund and gone somewhere else, but Hy-Vee has always been the best place in town and I don’t want to shop anywhere else. You guys work hard for your community and I see you!!! And I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I was surprised at how good their sushi is. I never had seaweed salad before and tried it and now I'm hooked. Their prices on grocery items are higher than Price Chopper, on several items I buy, but their sushi is wonderful.

I will no longer do business with hy vee , they have morons at the pharmacy. They could not fill a prescription. They lied about the prescription twice. Wasted my day after seeing my physician and getting a shot and X-rays.

I live in St. Joe, and I shop at HyVee several times in a week. For Travelers the store offers a deli with sandwiches made to order, an excellent salad bar with daily soups, hot Chinese food, Hot American fare, and a vast variety of ready made salads for sides. They have a dining area that is open and informal. Regular visitors eat there, or you can have your food to go. I often select items from their deli area to make at home meals easier. The store prides itself on its food and their friendly service. It's a little off the usual fast food franchise path, but you can get a fresh meal, forgoing the burgers, and feel good about the choice.
