Still .. This place has great pizza. This is not typical American style pizza. Unique and minimalist but still very tasty. The beer selections is pretty good and the atmosphere is laid back.
A slightly upscale pizzeria. The decor is underwhelming but the staff is friendly and accommodating. I grade a pizza by its crust and I can give a mixed review here. The outside crust was excellent but the center was soggy. If you are a fan of the thin, crispy, Italian style crust, try the Pane appetizer
Stopped in for lunch at Il Lazzarone in St. Joe and had the Margherita pizza—absolutely incredible. Perfect crust, fresh ingredients, and that real wood-fired flavor that’s hard to find. You can tell they care about the craft. If you’re into legit Neapolitan pizza, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back!
