They were pleased to serve us and were patient with the little kids as we worked on their order. Sandwiches made according to order, timely and employees were very polite. I would say that they need to be on top of cleaning more. Should clean behind the counter, especially as crumbs and small sandwich bits were all over the cutting board, counter tops, and meat slicer.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and a bowl, to go. I didn’t check my bag before I left. I’ll take some of the blame for having confidence in them to give me all my items.I got home and I only had 2 sandwiches and a bowl. I figure it’s not that big of a deal. I”ll just drive all the way back there and they’ll fix it.I get there at 8:30pm. They are closed. They are supposed to close at 9pm. I knock on the door and one of the employees answers. I tell them what happened and she says yeah that happens when we don’t write the sandwiches out individually and it’s written down as times 2. The person on the grill can miss a sandwich. She then tells me they’ve shut down for the night so they can’t make me the sandwich. I asked about a refund and she says she can’t do that either because they’ve shut down for the night. This is at 8:30pm. Their closing hours are 9pm. In the time it took me to drive home and back they shut the whole place down. I guess getting out of there early on a Friday night is more important than work.The employee did say if I came back tomorrow she’d make me the sandwich or refund me. My problem is I shouldn’t have to make the time to drive out there again. I also think there is a known problem with how they write down orders and how those orders will be fulfilled but she acted like it was no big deal. If she can ring me up for 4 items by the order slip, why doesn’t the person on the grill know I ordered 4 items.I will not be ordering from this place again. I can’t say eating from here because I never got to eat from here. I gave the 3 items I got to my family, and went without because of their incompetence.

Everyone working was very friendly and helpful! I tried the chipotle Philly and it was delicious. My 6 year old enjoyed her original Italian. We will definitely stop in again when in the area!

The #26 sandwich was good, employees friendly, but I won’t be going back. The employees have no concept of health codes. Both times I was there employees wore the same plastic gloves while refilling cut vegetables, then wearing the same gloves taking a pen, wrote my order, then followed me to the cash register, wearing the same gloves, took my money, touched the cash register wearing the same gloves, gave me change wearing the same gloves, then went directly to the grill, then assembled my sandwich, never changing gloves. Then wearing the same gloves waited on the next person and did the same thing.

First time going, it was super good!Probably the last time going, those prices were CRAZY.
The food is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The place was a little dirty for being brand new. Lots of stuff smashed into the floor and the tables and chairs need a good cleaning.The staff was friendly though.The most frustrating thing was the "fresh brewed tea.". It tasted very bitter and rotten and when I went to pour it out, it was cloudy. It has to be pretty old to have that taste and look. Overall I would probably not come back here.Parking: I hate this parking lot. It's a pain to get in and out of and the spots are tiny.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I'm hoping this one finds the right people. I'll start by saying I absolutely love Jersey Mikes. I was very excited when they came to town. With that being said, this particular location has disappointed me 4 out of 5 times that I've eaten here. The cleanliness of this store is horrible. I'm a little picky, I don't like lettuce on my sandwich. With that being said, 4 out of 5 times I've eaten here and asked for no lettuce, I get enough lettuce on there it looks like they put it on and then take it off. It's really just from not cleaning where they're working. Today I even made a point that I really didn't want lettuce, and sure enough, it still made it on there.
