Bad bad bad customer service Jimmy John's. Order placed for delivery at 1113am. I finally called at 1205pm and they informed me my order was canceled due to no delivery driver and my card would be refunded in two to three business days. Thanks for the communication about canceling my order!!
Placed an online delivery order at 11:32am, waited 50 minutes before calling to check on my order. I was told it was going out then, so I decided to wait for it. The guy told me a driver didn't show up and one was 30 minutes late. I waited another 35 minutes and as I was calling to cancel my order the delivery driver placed my order at my door and then guy on the phone went on about being short driver's again.
