My rating is for all JJ's : What going on!?! You guys were at the top of my list 5 years ago and have been falling fast. My favorite sandwich was the #5, and it seems that your company is putting less than half of the proteins on this sandwich nowadays. I totally get it with todays cost and all, but the cost outweighs the product for me, hence the 3 star rating.

Ordering delivery is always a risk with this store. There’s about a 20% chance that you’ll actually get your order. They’ll either deliver to the wrong address, just decide to leave for the day and not notify you that you’re not getting your order or they’ll take over an hour to actually deliver. Jimmy John’s has always been a favorite of ours but whoever manages this store doesn’t know how to keep things operating properly.

Good food every time I come here! Service was horrible today! The girl that took my order, Kaylie (on receipt) was just rude from the moment I walked in the door. This is probably the worst group of people I’ve had since coming here. Usually it’s great, today everyone was on something and just rude. I was the ONLY one in there!

Got 2 subs off menu, employees obviously are new and don't know what goes on the subs in general, so when I got home (I live out of town) I noticed they where just bread and meat. Why advertise select menu items that have the associated toppings that go with them but then never put them on...

Staff seemed distracted and ignored my question. I was one of two customers in the building and the other customer answered my question when the staff wouldn't. The food was good, but the potato salad container was small to begin with. Since it was half full, it was just about three bites for almost $3. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again due to the tiny portion.
