I went to get dinner before work and when walked into the store, I heard two male employees make a bet of what kind of person was going to walk in. I didn't appreciate that, the service was absolutely horrible, and the store had a distinct smell of weed, and the place was absolutely disgusting.
I really think the higher ups needs to go into a night shift and observe their employees, especially when there's weed involved as a safety issue.
I never been to a place where drugs are welcomed into a restaurant.
It was a manager and another male who talked like they were close and while I was waiting, they were making highly inappropriate comments and jokes.
I didn't bother getting my money back, and I threw away my sandwich away, and I went to subway.
I rather drive all the way to Kansas for Jimmy Johns, I don't know why this store is still open.

My rating is for all JJ's : What going on!?! You guys were at the top of my list 5 years ago and have been falling fast. My favorite sandwich was the #5, and it seems that your company is putting less than half of the proteins on this sandwich nowadays. I totally get it with todays cost and all, but the cost outweighs the product for me, hence the 3 star rating.

Ordering delivery is always a risk with this store. There’s about a 20% chance that you’ll actually get your order. They’ll either deliver to the wrong address, just decide to leave for the day and not notify you that you’re not getting your order or they’ll take over an hour to actually deliver. Jimmy John’s has always been a favorite of ours but whoever manages this store doesn’t know how to keep things operating properly.
