My rating is for all JJ's : What going on!?! You guys were at the top of my list 5 years ago and have been falling fast. My favorite sandwich was the #5, and it seems that your company is putting less than half of the proteins on this sandwich nowadays. I totally get it with todays cost and all, but the cost outweighs the product for me, hence the 3 star rating.

Staff seemed distracted and ignored my question. I was one of two customers in the building and the other customer answered my question when the staff wouldn't. The food was good, but the potato salad container was small to begin with. Since it was half full, it was just about three bites for almost $3. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again due to the tiny portion.

Two other people and I stopped by for something to eat in the middle of a roadtrip, as we are not from here! The sandwich was fresh and delicious! The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The place was clean, including the bathroom! Thank you so much!
