Just got a pot pie with zero meat. I figured by the time I'd get to the end there'd be at least a couple pieces but now that it's almost gone. I've learned there was 100% zero meat in my pot pie. Please check your filling before making them🤦

Not in a hurry. I’m a delivery driver and have been here over 20 minutes now. There was no one here when I got here. The staff didn’t even bother to apologize! They acted like this was business as usual. How is this store still open?

I asked for 3 piece. They asked original or extra crispy. I said extra. This is second time there they told me it would be 25 min wait. I said I will take original. Next asked me , white or dark meat. I said white. I get home. I have a two piece meal. Breast that looked like it was cooked 2 days ago and the smallest wing I’ve ever seen. So I got a 2 piece meal. Potatoes were good but the roll was also cooked and leftover from at least 2 days ago. So hard o couldn’t bite into it. So I paid good hard earned money for this???? Don’t think I will ever go there again.

I was excited to get some KFC tonight in this snowy weather then I get home they got my son's order wrong, my root beer is flat... Not only did they give my son the wrong chicken it was so greasy the box fell apart and all the chicken fell out... Im very disappointed and now I will drive 15mins out of my way to go to the KFC on north belt I won't come back this is probably my 3 bad experience here and I'm just sick of spending 25 bucks + and I'm always disappointed 😞

The people that works here are very unprofessional and rude by 8:30pm they start cleaning the kitchen even though they are supposed to close at 10pm. Whatever you try to order they keep saying we’re out of this and that. Yesterday they were out of original recipe chicken. This is the fifth time this has happened and someone needs to take care of this!!

This location is run by foreigners who are rude. I placed an order for pickup when I got there nothing was ready. They hadn't even looked at the system to see what orders needed filled. They don't speak ENGLISH. I order 2 pot pies, a famous bowl and 3 of the chocolate chip cakes. The food is good but the quality of service isn't worth the time to go there. When they put the pies in the bag they just tossed them in and they flipped over. The girl didn't check to see if they spilled over or anything. I won't be back.

These women have kicked it up. This is the second time in about a month or so I went and got food. They have the service and quality on point. Even put a little bag with all the condemts and even a wet wipe.
Didn't give all chickens on the order, only half, fries bucket was like less than half when opened at home, and not apologetic when called. Initially i thought this location is better with prompt order ready, but i was prooved wrong. KFC no more business with you anymore.... BYE BYE.
