Kitty @ KFC 5332 n belt hwy saint joseph mo, was super understanding, very kind & professional that when we called about the horrible service & food from another KFC store and had a question she took it upon herself to help fix any and everything that was wrong when it wasent her or her stores fault\. THAT GOES TO SHOW HOW WONDERFUL OF A PERSON AND EMPLOYEE AS WELL AS A MANAGER SHE IS> THANK YOU FOR IT ALL>> WE WILL BE BACK>>>

Absolutely horrible service. I came by to use a coupon from the newspaper for an 8pc Bucket and it took forever to order. I sat at the speaker for around ten minutes being told "just a moment" twice. The cashier was hard to understand and had absolutely no friendliness. On top of that, I had to wait with four other cars in the parking lot to receive our meal after paying. Will definitely not be back.

The order from this location once a quarter maybe twice a year. Seems like it's only a reminder as to why we don't eat at KFC anymore. Every time we come there seems to be different people working here. Today as I wait for a mobile order you filled I think I figured out why. I watched as a flipped and pulled stickers off of various bags despite being told in the mobile app our order was done they hadn't even started it yet technically. Despite them knowing I was there to pick up that order they kept sending orders of the drive-thru window that were mobile orders. How do I know? I heard them talk about it and I could see it on their little magic board by the drive-thru window that they were competing against other stores and trying to keep their lines all green. So the mobile app information that we receive is useless because they are actively manipulating it. I tried to go through my order sitting there to make sure it was all accurate only to realize when I got home I was cheated on my chicken. A result no doubt of them rushing trying to fulfill orders and cheat metrics at the same time. No doubt a common practice here and probably a direct reason that keeps seeing different people. Also likely the reason I keep having that experiences.

We have had a terrible experience every time we have been at this KFC. Tonight we were going to give it another chance but after waiting in the lobby for about 8mins while employees look at us yet never said a word we decided to leave. We were the only people inside and there were 2 cars in the drive though so it's not like they were busy.
