Order three piece chicken meal, ask to substitute the Coleslaw for Mac and cheese. The female taking the order said OK no problem, but they did not substitute. Next time I'll know to check the order before driving away from the window.

Past two times I’ve been they don’t have chicken. You’re a chicken place. Plus everyone seems to be tweaking. Yes it’s st joe but hire better employees. How about production charts being used so you have product. Last time we went they literally cut the chicken fingers in half to make the correct number of pieces. So the pieces were very small.

Competition seems to have improved KFC. The crispy seems crispier. The tenders, while smaller than Popeyes, were excellent. The spicy chicken is outstanding, actually looked like the picture, and caused me to take my hat off to let the cool air in. It was great! Also, my wife said the green beans were great! I couldn't relate to that! Keep it up KFC and we'll start coming back, regularly!

we just want something quick for dinner so we decided to stop at north KFC the people there were nice I guess but we got our feed heading home we weren’t even a block away and they didn’t give us all our food my mac n cheese wrap had little to no mac n cheese the spicy slaw wrap was a little bit of slaw and drenched in the spicy sauce I usually don’t make bad reviews or really any but this made me so mad because i tried to call 4 times and no one answered and i went in and stood in the lobby 15 minutes i decided it wasn’t even worth it and went home but don’t go to north

The food is good but the service at this place has been always terrible. Most if not everyone who works here has multiple piercings and tattoos all over their body. And even though we never order a meal and never ask for a drink, they still give us the cups anyway. So please DO NOT EVER go here. Go to the one on the south belt. It's way better than this piece of junk that deserves to be shut down.
The employees were pleasant but my chicken sandwich was not fully cooked through. I threw most of it away after talking a few bites and realizing the thicker parts were not cooked.
