Employee was good, food was meh..... I usually eat at those LJS location once or Twice a year as I'm driving thru and normally pretty good quality... not today. Why were 2 off my chicken planks circles and rubbery? Floor inside had scraps of paper everywhere... not clean.

Literally every time I come here recently the whole crew has been extremely nice to me and my food is great. I come here once or twice a month and over the last 8 months maybe it has been steadily improving. There is a lady with a good amount of tattoos that seems to be the manager and if she isn’t maybe should be considered for it in the future. Every employee I’ve seen at this place deserves a raise. I came in today August 20th at 1:30pm. I got 2 pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp. Yall know. Literal GOATS.

The manager that was on shift tonight was extremely rude and should not be allowed to be in customer service… I placed an online order and I paid, well the website said something was wrong and payment didn’t go thru, but I looked at my account and the payment was took out well I asked to speak to the manager and I showed her what happened and she was extremely rude and told me she wouldn’t help me and there was nothing she could do or would do, she instantly got extremely hateful and disrespectful. I feel like, if you don’t like working fast food then you shouldn’t work there if it wasn’t for the customers they wouldn’t even be in business and she definitely would not have a job, this is 2nd time this location has been like this towards me I won’t be back, hopefully I’ll have better luck at the other location because I love long John silvers but the staff need to not be so rude and hostile

The food was good. It was fresh except the fries they were awful. And the attitude of the server. She handed me my order and was already walking away before I had a good grip on the bag. I waited 17 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready.
